Nine Iranian film companies have participated at the Cannes Film Market to offer their productions.
Iranian film companies are now at the Cannes Film Market and actively negotiate with foreign companies to offer their productions.
Film expert Amir Esfandiari who is the director of Farabi Cinema Foundation International Department says the Iranian companies are currently busy negotiating with foreign companies over distribution of their films.
The companies that have taken part at the Cannes Film Festival include Filmiran, Eli Image, Aria Sanat Takhayyol, Persian Film Distribution, Farabi Cinema Foundation and Avini Institute.
“Five more Iranian films are also offered at the Cannes Film Market by the France-based company Dreamlabs,” Esfandiari said.
